Thank you for visiting the Little Falls Township Public Schools website, We are pleased to present a wide range of information to visitors on our schools and programs offered.

All Little Falls Public Schools will be on a single session day on Tuesday, Dec. 23rd and will be closed December 24th - January 2nd for winter recess.


In accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, the Little Falls Board of Education of the Township of Little Falls is causing notice that the Reorganization Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. with the Regular Meeting to follow. The Meeting will be held in the Art/Music Room #100 at School #3, 560 Main Street, Little Falls, NJ 07424. Formal action shall be taken.

2014-2015 Kindergarten Registration

All children who will be five years old on or before October 1, 2014 must be registered in order to begin school in September. Registration at Little Falls School No 2 is ongoing. Call Ms. Wright at 973-256-1386 x2200 to make an appointment for registration or for more information.

Please note: Any child who will not have reached his/her fifth birthday on or before October 1, 2014 will not be able to attend kindergarten for the 2014-2015 school year.

In order to complete your childís registration, you will need the following:
-Your childís birth certificate
-Written health and immunization record
-Proof of a physical examination
-Documentation of residence by rent receipt and lease, mortgage statement or tax bill and two of the following: PSE&G bill, pay stub, telephone bill, driverís license.

Homeless/Displaced Students : If anyone knows of a homeless or displaced student that is now residing in the district, please have them contact Mr. William T. Petrick, Superintendent of Schools and Mr. Jim Schoeneich, Homeless Liaison, at (973) 256-1034. The homeless liaison and school district staff will assist homeless/displaced students with student-related services
